Moving Forward Into Year 2009

Hi,

I hope you have taken advantage of my compiled Xmas giveaways and the video on how to make use of the Graphic Wizard to make an eBook cover.

I avoided participating in this year Xmas and New Year giveaways as I do not want to be distracted and subscribed to many of the 'experts' for the freebies.

If you are totally new to IM and have time to spare, then go ahead to experience it.

So what are you goals for IM this new year, 2009?

I have been thinking over the Xmas and New Year holidays and here are a few of them :

- Improve my Affiliate Marketing initiatives as I did not make any income from it last year

- Come out with at least one new product to sell

- Continue to maintain , if not improve, my Google Adsense income as it has been a bit irregular monthly

I think it is important to have some goals in mind to keep you on track but make sure it is realistic and achievable, of course.

It would be nice to say that I want to make my first million in year 2009 but it is likely to be a dream than an achievable goal, I think!

But do not stop dreaming as dream do come through later if you work on it.

So have a good year in 2009 and stay healthy too.....

P.S. BTW, I got some new income from offering one of my top traffic site to host advertisement. Very excited about it and what a way to start the new year. So it only shows that hard work will pay off eventually.

P.P.S.S My IM friend crossed the $100 income threshold last year and he will be expecting his first ClickBank cheque soon. We are excited and I am happy for him.

Making An eBook Cover Video

Hi,

In the Christmas giveaways in my earlier post, there is this tool called Graphics Wizard that can help you create a book cover for your product.

I have made a video to guide you on how to use the tool to create an eBook cover.

Christmas Giveaways

As promised, I have compiled those downloads that I got from subscribing to 2007 December Xmas giveaways.

Christmas JV Giveaways

Hi,

I have not be very productive this past week and distracted by other activities.

In fact, I am also taking about 5 days off in the coming week for a short break with my wife too.

Anyway, last Dec when I was quite new to Internet Marketing, I signed up with one or two IM Christmas Giveaways.

In case, you have not heard from them and not invited to participate..... let me fill you in.

If you are joining to get the freebies and there are a lot..... I still have not gone through all the downloads from last Dec....!

So do be weary but if you are selective and pick up what you want and then focus on a few of them, you may benefit from it.

So do not say I did not warn you about it....ha...ha...

This year, I was invited to contribute one of my products to a few giveaways. This is for FREE, of course. So why do it?

Well, this is to build up a list of potential customers.

What it means is that before you download your freebies, you need to submit your name and email to the contributor. After that, you are likely to be bombarded with more sale letters etc....

I remember I mentioned that I have been going thro some of my downloads a few weeks ago. After my break, I will try to compile a few and let you download them from me for FREE and no submission of your name and email to show my sincerity on the matter and not a sale trap...ha...ha...ha...

My Christmas gift to you..... how about it..!

Posting Articles To Article Directories

Hi,

Time flies when you are busy at work and I have been busy uploading my articles to the article directories to direct traffic to my eBook launch website.

Traffic has increased slightly but still no sale yet!

Will continue to push traffic and see how it goes.

I may want to try my hand at creating my own product in the new year 2009. The problem is that it may not be a niche product but more of a hobby that I have been enjoying all these years. I am quite passion about it so it may be easier to do it.

Well, hope you have a good week and weekend.

Article Marketing - To Generate Traffic

I have been busy writing articles to post on article directories to drive traffic to my site where I launch an eBook on How To Sell And Buy On eBay.

Well, let's see how much traffic I can generate and any sale conversion from them.
